Lift repairs and maintanence services are open 24-hours. Call them if you would like to submit a fault report.

Pest control and pest management 

Please contact us immediately via the fault report form or our Customer service center if you suspect that you have an issue with vermin in your apartment.

Since we have agreements with pest control companies, you as a tenant do not need to pay anything for inspection or remediation.

When it comes to your furniture and other items, we recommend that you contact your insurance company to find out what is included in your home insurance.
